After 12-weeks on the Feel Fantastic Program you’ll walk away:
A full analysis of what may be upsetting your gut and holding you back on your health journey and completion of an action plan to help support you.

With a clearer picture of what works for your own body and know how you can improve your gut health which may be causing issues elsewhere in the body such as acne, liver issues, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hormonal issues, sleep issues etc..

7 x private appointments over an 12-week period available to suit your schedule, including a 90min initial consultation and assessment, Two 60 minute full spectrum follow up sessions and Four 30 minute check ins or education sessions
Full food diary review to assess where small changes and improvements can be made to optimise your gut health
Full health history review and goal setting session
Body composition analysis (only for in-person consultations in Dublin)
Step by step personalised nutrition plan based on your requirements
Menu plannning tools to suit your needs including easy recipes to suit your lifestyle
Menu plan with recipes & shopping list for the full 12 weeks
Coaching on what to eat in your favourite restaurants, how to do fake aways etc
Food label education
Weekly online check-in messages to keep you on-track with implementing changes
Introduction to Mindfulness around nutrition
Access to the Humblegut private portal, where you can have instant chat directly to Terrie, food & mood diary logging and document uploads in a safe environment.
Follow up sessions can be focused on topics of your choice to support healthy change, including:
